Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee counted from the date of payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of payment and we will process your refund.

Cancellation

Subscriptions do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel at the end of your plan. If you do not wish to continue, simply do not renew.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made using the original payment method (PayPal, Revolut or bank transfer) where possible.

After 7 days

After the 7-day period, payments are generally non-refundable, except where you have rights under UK consumer law (for example, if the service is not as described).
